Exercise classes available include Pilates, Boxercise,
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Legs, Bums & Tums, Boxfiit,
Kettlebells, Body Conditioning, Pump and Core Strength.

THE STUDIO
The Studio is a private training space with fitness studio and training room.
I want it to be a place where you can enjoy exercising and grow your fitness self.
You could be looking to achieve goals be embarking on life altering challenges or simply looking to build and maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Mental wellness and physical fitness are always at the forefront of everything I offer.
On offer are a range of exercise classes, indoor bootcamps, small group training and 1to1 personal training sessions. Exercise classes available include Pilates, Boxercise, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Legs, Bums & Tums, Boxfiit, Kettlebells, Body Conditioning, Pump and Core Strength.
Training Zone equipment includes half power racks with olympic bars and weights, Concept 2 rower, Assault bike, cable cross over, TRX, kettlebells and punch bag.
Other likeminded personal trainers and exercise professionals are welcomed to train on the premises as I believe that there is a trainer, class or a form of fitness out there for everyone.
The Main Studio, Training Zone, Personal Training Suite and Meeting Room are all available for hire.

Classes are back on at dreki.life studio and Andy has worked incredibly hard to make sure the studio is clean and safe for customers and himself.
Hand sanitiser everywhere and social distancing in place, all equipment cleaned and sanitised after anyone uses anything. I felt totally safe, it’s so good to be back. Would much rather go to the studio than a commercial gym.
