Our Bootcamps are 10 week courses
of group exercise classes which cater for all fitness levels.
The bootcamp is £100 for the 10 weeks which includes the main bootcamp session and then access to several other classes each week. No pressure to attend the other classes but they are included too.
An hour long session incorporating time for catch ups and queries, warm ups, cool downs and the main exercise session.
The first session is an introduction to the programme and what to expect in subsequent weeks. Basic measurements are taken and an initial fitness evaluation is completed.
Pay online when you book your place or the full £100 is payable in that first session, cash and credit/debit cards all accepted.
Weeks 2-9, sessions are each different, please see descriptions*, Week 10 will include a final fitness evaluation and weigh in.
Remember that Bootcamp members can also attend additional classes each week at no extra charge. There are several other classes available each week including Boxfiit, Pump, Tabata, Body Conditioning, HIIT, Boxercise and Pilates.
