OUTDOOR BOOTCAMPS

Our Indoor Bootcamps are 10 week courses

of group exercise classes which cater for all fitness levels. 

 

The bootcamp is £120 for the 10 weeks

or £150 which includes the main bootcamp session and then access to all the other classes each week.  

 

An hour long session incorporating time for catch ups and queries, warm ups, cool downs and the main exercise session. 

 

The first session is an introduction to the programme and what to expect in subsequent weeks. Basic measurements are taken and an initial fitness evaluation is completed.

 

Weeks 2-9, sessions are each different, please see descriptions for some examples*, Week 10 will include a final fitness evaluation and weigh in.

 

Remember that Enhanced Bootcamp members can also attend additional classes each week at no extra charge.  There are several other classes available each week including Boxfiit, Pump, Tabata, Core Strength, HIIT, Boxercise, Yoga and Pilates.
