Our Outdoor Bootcamps are group exercise classes which cater for all fitness levels.
£50 for the 10 weeks or £7.50 per session.
An hour long session incorporating time for catch ups and queries, warm ups, cool downs and the main exercise session.
Each weekly session is different.
Examples include Run/Circuit/Run, Pump, BoxFiit, Tabata, Circuits, Core Strength, Paired Up
Currently available weekly on Wednesday Evenings in Hitchin at Fairfield Community Hall and on alternate Sundays in Southampton at Mayflower Park.
