Tabata training is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
It consists of five exercises in eight rounds - ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. Burn a lot of calories - a killer full-body anaerobic and aerobic workout.
Legs, Bums & Tums -combining an aerobic workout with toning of those troublesome areas. Burn calories, tone and firm up those legs, hips, bums and tums.
Boxfiit - a fun, high energy exercise class with boxing inspired interval training. It's a great cardio and calorie burning workout
Kettlebells - where kettle bells are used to perform exercises that are designed to combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.
Core Strength - focuses on strength building and muscular endurance. A strong core helps runners with their stability, balance, posture and overall control which allows the pelvis, hips, and lower back to work together more smoothly and reduces energy deflection.
