30min Initial Assessment/Consultation plus a 30min 1to1 session You will be asked to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire with some medical and life style questions. We will then discuss your answers and together look at what you want to acheive and how I can help you get there. Based on your likes and needs we will then do 30mins of activity to give you a taste of what I can offer through 1to1 sessions.
