Adding Yoga to the class schedule from June 2021, with Jennie Field

Hi I'm Jennie and my yoga journey began around 10 years ago, and very simply. I felt like I needed to balance out all my strength training with some sort of flexibility and it led me to try out different classes at the gym.


The path has taken a lot of twists and turns (and I’ve no doubt that it will continue to do so!) but the positive effects that yoga has had on my mind and my body, both on and off the mat, have kept me walking along it.


The marriage of the two methods of yoga that I have learned, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, allows space for creativity and exploration.  My classes will focus on creating a deep inner awareness through the natural ebb and flow of breath and postures, aligning the two and allowing you to embody the practice and stay fully present throughout.


I believe that yoga finds us individually at exactly the right moment and stays in our lives in whatever capacity we need it to. It is my aim to support those on the path in finding what that means and looks like to them.
